Are you or someone you know unable to view the Harrow online worship services? If so, please be in touch with the church office. We have a tablet with a few weeks of our worship services loaded on it – and a handy instruction sheet on how to use it!

THANKS

To Susan Ketchen (and grandchildren MacKenzie & Alex) for keeping our gardens so lovely through cold and drought and now through heat and drought! And to Marek Corbett for this week’s lawn care!

Susan also met with a candidate to create some new garden spaces at Harrow. More about that in coming weeks!

During last weekend’s annual meeting of the Prairie to Pine Region of the United Church of Canada, Elder Gloria Cook offered a presentation. Those from Harrow who were part of the meeting felt it was so good it would be great to share it more widely … and that is just what we are going to do. Wednesday, June 16 from 1:30-3:30 The video from last weekend will be shared followed by an opportunity for discussion.

Prayer requests

We are always happy to receive requests for individuals or situations to include in our prayers. And, of course, we also have a supply of prayer shawls available for gifting. Please be in touch with the church office about prayer requests and/or prayer shawls.

We remember in our prayers:

Those who are deeply affected by news of children in unmarked graves at the sites of former Indian Residential Schools.

All those affected by the strain of providing medical care in the midst of the pandemic and the tremendous stress on our health care system. THANK YOU to all who are working under such challenging circumstances.

Our prayers are also with those who are grieving, those who are ill, and those who are living in the midst of fear, violence, hunger, oppression or danger, whether they be near to us or far away.

Sunday Coffee Continues every week!

Sunday coffee runs from 10 to 10:40am.

You’re always welcome for Sunday morning coffee and conversation. This is a great time to see some familiar Harrow faces, to meet new people, to chat about our lives and the world, and just enjoy some time together. The zoom link (same every week) for Sunday coffee is:
